|Duties:||Primary Function: |
Responsible for implementing and overseeing integration activities related to enhancing agency financial performance outcomes. Includes overseeing, managing and maximizing existing contractual obligations as well as identifying/developing new revenue streams while enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness through expense reduction and integration activities.
*Create new revenue opportunities through contract adjustment, systems improvement and expansion of services with new customers
*Develop and maintains internal tracking systems related to existing contractual arrangements in order to ensure compliance, including billing units and managed care resources
*Responsible for oversight of draft, production, distribution and maintenance of agency publications, media, fundraising, website and social marketing activities
*Identify and assists in implementation of strategies to improve market share, efficiency and cost savings for the organization
*Prepare and complete the application process for AHCA and/or insurance companies
*Maintain and develop new managed care contracts, relationships and our network providers
*Responsible for maintaining company website and writing press releases
|Qualifications:||*Master’s degree |
*Five plus years related experience – specifically with contract & insurance management
*Must be extremely detail oriented and organized
*Knowledge of spreadsheet applications including Excel
